Do I need an appointment?
Yes—our site is by appointment only to protect your time and privacy.
What are your hours?
By appointment only: Tue 10am–4pm, Thu 10am–6pm, Sat 10am–1pm.
What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID, Social Security/ITIN documents for everyone on the return, and your tax forms (W-2s, 1099s, etc.). We’ll share a full checklist when you schedule.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We follow IRS standards for privacy and secure handling of taxpayer information.
